"WADA does not do any of the actual drug testing themselves, however, USADA does not do any testing either. It is important to understand that it is WADA that provides the accreditation and monitors the Olympic drug testing laboratories around the world that do the actual testing. USADA seems determined to make the argument that random blood and urine collection and test results management is a very important, and it definitely is important to the integrity of the entire process. In any event, WADA is the entity that created the policies and procedures followed by USADA and there are obviously other entities besides USADA approved by WADA to collect samples and manage test results for Olympic athletes. If Mayweather or Ortiz were to test positive, it does not seem that USADA would be the entity to adjudicate the case. A positive test result would likely be turned over directly to the appropriate boxing commission. ..............
