Well, seeing as how Floyd decided to fight on after the Zab Judah in-ring fiasco in 2008 -- I wouldn't put it past Floyd to want to fight Manny even if Manny DID fail the test. Considering the money involved, Floyd would probably extend the gesture just to make the fight happen. As outlandish and ridiculous as that sounds. He'll be proving the point he's wanted to make all along. ? Will the commission allow Manny to fight despite the test results, is the question. ? Will Manny want to fight on despite the humiliation and embarrassment, is the other question. ? Will Bob even allow Manny to face Floyd after all that, is yet another. That was Arum's point- if a pro fighter fails a USADA test, the 'punishment' would be the same as what Mosley got for being indicated in the BALCO scandal and admitting in a taped deposition under oath that he took PEDS... so nothing. Beyond maybe that particular fight being cancelled, the fighter is free to fight on with impunity. USADA has no authority in pro boxing and has no right or ability to reprimand fighters, that is what Arum was saying if you look at the context. well..floyd gets to inject himself with xylocaine, and nobody is doing anything.... NSAC does random testing now and unlike WADA/USADA, they actually test for xylocaine/lidocaine, but only within a week of a fight.

Fight would be canceled, press would be notified and Manny would go down as the biggest fraud in the sport. ...what the commission would do, who knows. Probably make a new division for PED users so Manny can continue fighting.
