AP News - Bob Arum has recently spoken with a representative of the International Paralympics Commitee and has concluded the IPC is an unbiased and neutral testing agency that is sanctioned for drug testing in the Special Olympics. Bob says he's very happy to know the IPC is unbiased towards Manny Pacquiao and is eager to have the IPC perform random drug testing with unlimited cut-off dates for the Pacquiao-Mayweather mega bout taking place in the early part of 2012. okay funny but the question is why not. ipc is able to do it, so is any other organization approved by wada. it's just a goddamned test,and these test are anonymous,few people in the system know whose samples they have. practically nobody outside of the team that took samples will know the blood is pac's. the lab just get random numbered bottles to test. IPC only tests sweat. A lot of shit still goes undetected cause the sweat carries other impurities that may mix in with the PED's contaminating the whole sample. Plus the athletes are allowed unlimited cut-off dates.
