I'm guessing Paquiao wants to go through the WADA in conjunction with the Nevada Sports Athletic Commission (NSAC) because of the fact that he often trains in the Philippines where the USADA has no authority and the Philippines Sports Commision (PSC) would have to test him there and then the USADA would have to test him in the U.S. once he comes over here to train at the Wildcard gym.
I am trying to figure out exactly how the testing will work so if I am wrong let me know because I would like to know exactly how this thing will unfold? :boxing:
who fukking cares? even if they chose USADA do you think they will travel to the Philippines where pac is taking half of his training just to test him?
lab and organization are 2 different things. bigger organizations have their own labs ,but smaller just use accredited international labs.
Well then who tests all these olympic athletes all over the world if there are no labs?

There is no approved laboratory in the Philippines.
