What is Arums beef with USADA?

If both are Americans then USADA can test them, but Pacman isn't American therefore, a Neutral Drug testing agency outside USA should handle the Testing.

didn't victor conte say himself that usada were accepting bribes from fighters? I mean to me it's just common sense, if your enemy is already making accusations about you and wanted to prove it by bringing in someone/some organization that he hand selected, you should be wary of it. if pac was the one demanding the tests and said that floyd would have to take a test conducted by a filipino organization that pac selected, and no one else, I seriously doubt floyd would give in. just because the USADA has US in it, people seem to automatically assume that it's a neutral body, when in reality floyd sought them out and insisted that they only conduct the test.. if arum does not trust usada.. just look for another drug testing organization that is credible AND TRUSTED BY BOTH PARTIES
