Why are British fans such morons..

I always find people who make such shocking generalisations to be the real morons. I find morons to be people who trot out you cant make sweeping statement, irrespective of whether the majority are perceived by most people, to be that way. Its like, lets protect the right of the few that aint like that, so we can protect the majority who are like it, pathetic. When more act that way, than dont, I think sweeping statements aint that bad to make, simply cause it applies to so many, not to say EVERY last one of em is like that, but if the majority are, I'ma make the statement. Generally, I find most Brits to be narrow minded, ignorant, and antic social.

and I say this as a Brit? I only just got around to watching a quality copy of Haye-Wlad, as I watched a stream, and man!, these idiots acting like hooligans, getting in the way whilst they can see the fighters are coming through, trying to shove their cameras in the way, or just getting boisterous, I mean, get out the fukin way you idiots. You had one fan giving Wlad the wanker sign as he was walking through, you had another just being over zealous and having to be pushed back into the crowd by one of Wlads entourage. Its always the same with Brits abroad, no class. Seen Brits when there is a reporter around, they start harassing them, acting like they have been let out of somewhere for the day, fukin nob eads. Some Brits might be proud of the aforementioned, I for one thinks its embarrassing, its not wonder so many dislike Brits. Man, dont tar us all with the same brush. I threw a huge party/BBQ for the fight and a mate of mine brought his Ukranian GF. There were over 40 people crammed in my living room, and I was pissing myself when Ena kept whooping and jumping up and down everytime Wlad landed a punch. Everyone took it in good spirit, though, although I actually had to throw her boyfriend out of the house for making racist remarks about Haye.....and he was english!!.....ah well, maybe you have a point! :lol1:

It's just like any huge crowd, if you have thousands and thousands you'll always get a few idiots here and there, particularly where alcohol is involved. It's unfair to tar them all with the same brush. The opposing fighters have nothing but good things to say about the fans, from Mayweather to Katsidis, Malinaggi to Klitschko, to a man, they've expressed their enjoyment of the UK fans.

Most of these scum aren't boxing fans, they are fans of their cult heroes. They are mostly soccer fans migrating over to our sport and giving it a bad name, with their booing of anthems, throwing beer over fighters, etc. Same way soccer fans have no respect for the players or referees. All this 'The referee is a w*nker, and Klitschko is a w*nker'. Just a band of primates basically. Actually that's not fair on our cousins. Wish they'd just f*ck off, but they fill arenas and create energy. Bah..

For every knowledgable Brit they are 50 morons. It's a blessing when you meet a knowledgable one. There are quite a few exceptional posters on this site from Britain, though. And the majority of those idiots that go abroad to see Hatton or Haye or whatever aren't even Boxing fans they are just Hooligans. Literally.

Its the "gang rape" mentality. One person starts it, people just join for teh lulz. Look at the recent riots and looting in Vancouver after they lost the cup, a few ppl started it and everyone got sucked into it.
