No drug test the day of the fight,nor immediatly after the fight

I have a very strong feeling that we will see a blog on Boxing Scene tommorrow in which Bob Arum denies everything that Michael Koncz said about Pac refusing to take the drug tests and Koncz claiming that he was misquoted by the writer of the story.

You do know he gets tested before and after every fight right? You do know that Floyd refused to show up when the judge asked him to present evidence as to him being on PED right? I know you know very little about criminal justice and court proceeding so maybe instead of spending all your time in jail or on Boxingscene you should read a fukking book. If there is anyone who needs to repeat Kindergarten, it is you. You should know that the lawsuit Pac filed against Floyd is a civil matter and doesn't have a damn thing to do with the criminal justice system. You should know that a deposition (the one you say Floyd didn't show up for) is not an evidentiary hearing. You should know that most state athletic commissions don't do blood tests in the weeks leading up to a fight, and those that do will only do one test and the date is announced to the fighter in advance. You should know that your post doesn't have a damn thing to do with what Koncz said about Pac refusing to take random drug tests up to the day of the fight. And last but not least, you should know that, if Koncz is saying that Pac refuses to take a blood test after the fight, for any reason, that gives more credibility to the idea that he may be cheating.

He is stating very plainly that Pacquaio wants to have 14 days to cheat and he won't take a blood test after the fight because the post-fight test would expose his cheating. That is about as straightforward and honest as you can get.

No fighter should have blood taken from him before the fight on the same day of the fight. We just had a blood drive at my workplace and they said in the letter from HR,no heavy lifting up to 12 hours after giving blood. So a fighter definitely doesn't need to be putting everything he has for 36 minutes after giving blood that same day. Also blood tests are always required after the fight though and no fighter can get past that. That's why James Toney didn't receive the Heavyweight Title after beating Ruiz, because he tested positive for a banned substance after the fight so it was changed to a NC. Same reason my favorite fighter Pernell Whitaker's fight with Andrey Pestryaev was changed to a NC, because he tested positive for illegal substances.

Seriously people. Fans of Pac say Floyd cant dictate the rules. Fans of Floyd say Pac needs to take the tests. We're all grown here. Can't we just admit that Floyd made demands that were outside the normal testing procedures based on his hunches, and then agree that Pac refused which only added more fuel to the fire. Also, can we then not agree that despite the fact that he is "giving in to Floyd," that he should go ahead and test. For God's sake, its just a damn boxing match, and not too bad an idea. I dont care how big a fan you are. To get on here and actually defend your fighter for refusing to take tests that the other fighter will be taking too, and tests that coincidentally will clear a giant cloud over your fighter's head, is extremely myopic. Do I think Pac is juicing? Probably not. So why not take the test and put it to bed. Also, Floyd should lighten up and let a 7 day window be sufficient. It comes down to two grown ass men acting like little kids. The sooner we all take this stance and admit the both of them are borderline retarded considering the money and legacy at stake instead of blind allegiance the sooner we may be able to have rational discussions about this, and maybe even see a fight.

They're willing to undergo blood testing immediately after the fight BUT the commission won't let them due to the rooms being unsterile. Once again Team Pacquiao with egg on their faces. The one thing about Team Pacquiao I noticed after reading those negotiation timelines....they don't know what the hell is going on in that team.

actually pac had a couple interviews talking about floyds "your next" remark. You don't see it here often because they are in the Philippines, were he lives and obviously Filipino news isn't shown on ESPN, etc. Yes he also told his people he agreed to floyds test.It seems he has lied to his people and media.Hes a liar.
