17yr Jose Benavidez Jr Sparring Pacquiao

I have seen little clips of him sparring with khan, khan seemed faster, but this kid was stronger physically. He looks like something special, maybe a little too upright if your going to be picky

He is with Top Rank.

Kid looks like he's a beast. Which promotion is he signed with? Hope to see more of him in the ring.

I can't seem to post it, but if you go to youtube and search Benavidez Round 1, you can see a trailer for a documentary they are making about Junior. I work with the team, so I'm biased, but he's a good kid, and works really hard. For his last fight, he donated a portion of his purse to the Children's Hospital and recently spoke at the onsite school there...he's just a humble kid who we hope has a bright future :)

Yeah, he's my favorite prospect. Met him in Dallas before Pacquiao fight. Yea I heard he was down here in Dallas for that Pacquiao fight, I wanted to meet him but it was too packed. Hopefully he stays humble and doesn't forget where he came from, once he becomes a world champ like my boy Manny!

I dunno why this is being discussed like Benavidez is new or unknown? its never to late to discuss a prospect, and in this case a very young one...

I can't believe this kid is only 17!!! He has great hands speed good balance and nice power. He's definitely going to be a star and I am excited to watch his development, the sky has no limits for this kid!!!
