Do they really eat dog in the Phillippines?

I'm not Mexican dude. And I'm not even passing judgement on people who eat dog or who don't eat it. Here in the US we inject our cows with chemicals to make them grow bigger and produce more milk. But we're basically poisoning ourselves because all that stuff is present in the meat and in the milk! Yes, they eat dog in Philippines. Its use as a pulutan(finger food) when drinking alcohol. What i notice when i go on vacation in Philippines was it was mostly college age male. Not the rich ones or came from a well to do family. Its moslty the below middle level or poor. But its a small percentage of Filipinos who eat dogs. The brother of my ex-gf offered me but i said no. I actually seen a group of guys holding up with rope around its neck. The dog was gagging for air.
