Haye is going to keep fighting.

Im happy with a rematch, he needs to earn it though. Fight made sense first time around, Haye was ranked 3rd in the division and it was a big money fight. Now its happened and Wlad won Haye wont get a rematch straight away injured or not, Haye would be best build on everything, face the top challengers in line to fight for the title and become the top challenger to fight Wladimir again, then I am sure he will get a rematch.

On SSN saying he wants a rematch. Must mean he goes past October 31st and will likely have to have another fight beforehand. He'll go cap in hand to K2 to get a rematch. Definitely not retiring by the sound of it. Im sorta happy with the rematch providing he earns it... he cant just get one straight away it wont happen, injured or not. Now the fights happened and Wlad won, the best thing Haye can do is build on everything, face all or most of the top challengers waiting in line to fight one of the Klits for a title and earn a rematch, I think Wladimir will give him a rematch if he makes himself the top contender for the title again. It wont take a stupid amount of years either I dont think because I think hes better than most the people in line, and Wlads rematched a lot of people before.

if he can train without getting injured each time and not have anything that stops him performing then good,,but if not then retire. he broke his hand vs valuev. had a cut and no sparring for ruiz. had a leg bandage for fraudley. and broke his toe for klitshko! wtf is going on there!. ide like haye to go to america,fight: chambers, arreola, povetkin adamek i beleive he can knock them all out tbh. ide hope he could get a shot vs vitali,vitali is slower,lss powerful,less co ordinated,less defensive,more easy to counter. lets see haye injury free,come with pressure,combinations,better balance and footwork,better work rate. if he does that he CAN ko a klitshko,but if he has that in him,i dont know.

You think he could beat Adamek? I used to but after last night I'm leaning towards Adamek outworking him for 12 rounds pretty easily. I dunno. Haye would possibly fancy that - fighting a smaller man. He could blast him out. Adamek not being really elusive. But Haye's workrate is a farce. I think that fight will be killed stone dead when Vitali blows him out of the water in a couple of rounds. If Haye has a fundamentally legitimate case of being a bit too small Adamek has that to the nth degree.

I think a rematch in London is possible if Haye can look convincing against a name contender like an Arreola or Povetkin etc... Bottom line, Wlad dominated the fight but didn't get the knock out so he might think there is some unfinished business. Plus Haye is going to play up his pinky toe and say he wasn't 100% etc... A rematch could be on in my opinion, a fight with Vitali is also an option of course, but I think Haye needs to prove his worth first against another name fighter to get his fans and hype back up. He dominated the scorecard, but didn't dominate the fight. Almost every round could have swung in the opposite direction if Haye managed to land just a couple of decent punches. But I agree that Haye should fight a top contender to generate interest for another Klitschko fight. Saying that, if they both want it right away who's to stop them?

He doesn't deserve a rematch. That fight wasn't close at all, and Wlad proved (just like we all said before) that Haye has nothing to beat him with. Wlad wants the rematch as well. He said that he's disappointed he didn't KO Haye and wants another shot at him. Neither fighter impressed me much. If you don't look at the final scorecard, most of the rounds were pretty close, but Wlad managed to do just enough to win the majority. I for one wouldn't mind mind seeing a rematch. Wlad wants to KO Haye, while Haye wants redemption. It certainly beats Wlad vs Chisora or Dimitrenko.

Weighing in at reportedly under 15 stone come fight night is telling. Not beating those super-heavyweights.
