He doesn't really have one lol. Seriously I'm gonna miss the trash talking, loved the build up to this fight but I was watching some Haye fights and he doesn't really have the power to KD Wlad with a single punch and he is just not going to consistently land because he's not the better boxer and he's not the stronger one too.
Nah, most likely he'll claim a leg or shoulder injury, or something, and quit early. Then he'll retire and spend years laughing at how gullible everyone was.he better not pull a solis trick ,because his 10k fans will rip him apart for sure. i'm pretty sure he won't try to rush wlad immediately. possibly doing it rds3-6 or something. i wouldn't completely count out a mosley strategy either. 12 rounds of running, then claiming he got robbed. sounds alot like haye.
He isn't that good on defence when is the last time he got tested by someone with KO power at HW? Peter had him down 3 times and he is not even being close to being as fast as Haye. Both are chinny fighters whoever lands the first flush shot might just win and since Haye is more attack minded when it comes to throwing heavy shots I think he stands the better chance of winning.
wow,
well since peter put him down 3x, he fought brewster, peter, rachman, and ray austin (not a 1 puncher but good power)
is that enough?
its been 6 yrs since wlad hit the canvass btw and if you don't think his patience, stamina, footwork, and punch selection is way better, IDK what to tell you.
he's faced slicker fighters than haye, believe that, you listen to haye's mouth too much.
Wlad has little to worry about there too. I see him KOing Haye as he said and turn to Haye and ask in a deep Borat/Dracula accent: "Do you want me to give you a ride to the hospital, David?" :Pno he will say 'haye it's ok you can stop faking your ko now.'
The most likely scenario is that Haye will run for 12 rounds, and then he will claim that he got robbed.

Klit seems a little to emotional which could work against him
he doesnt want to end up scrapping and letting the ***** come out of him
haye looks like he has gotten under the skin of wlad, in the face off it seemed like he was bout to cry
emotions and boxing = disaster
Haye eeked out a close win on points against the Giant who is horrible, and couldnt get out of the way of the 100 year old Ruiz jab (which is slow with no power) all fight. Haye goes to sleep in the ring tomorrow night. People are going to be pissed at how little of a fight he puts up.
"Wlad is no defensive geius"
He's the best defensive HW bY FAR compared to anyone not named Klit

Haye is going to avoid the jab and counter over the top with an overhand left, Wlad won't expect it and Haye has been practicing that tactic.
Wlad keeps his right in the middle of his face, not on his ear, so that punch won't be as effective as you think.
Barely getting hit is more due to his ability at keeping his distance against his opponents via the jab which has been effective. I just see Haye making him move back more as Haye presses the fight. He looks uncomfortable moving on the back foot. At least, that's what I've noticed.
I think Haye will pose a hell of a strategy that Wlad will be having some trouble with.
I disagree, you are completely dismissing Wlad's footwork, which is definitely the most improved part of his game BY FAR. he's gonna cut haye off and bomb him out. Haye will be off balance lunging to get to Wlad and game over. You think he just keeps people away with the jab? C'mon man.
I think Haye is going to do a number on Wlad. Haye will touch Wlad up and hurt him, once Wlad is stunned, Haye will be on him like a rabid animal. This won't be easy work for Wlad, this will likely be the toughest fight of his career.
People that think Haye will press the fight are mistaken. And if I'm mistaken by saying that then Haye gets knocked out before 6. Remember Wlad ain't the only one with a questionable chin. Haye has been dropped several times now himself.
He'll likely try to do what Williamson did and keep his distance while trying to find that perfect opening. That strategy can work. Wlad's jabs are debilitating but they won't stop the fight. A perfect counter over top of one of those jabs could.
It's Haye's only shot, and I'd say it's a fairly decent one.
Bet on a KO folks...either way.
Quite honestly I think Haye's biggest problem is that he hasn't fought anyone close to Wlad's calibre. This is a massive step up from Monte Barrett and Audley Harrison etc.
Still its been an exciting build up and who knows, he's a puncher so anything could happen.
Most recent example of that was Chambers' dad, when prior to the fight, he compared Wladimir to a "caveman" and that if Chambers could beat Dimitrenko (Ukrainian, Olympic gold medalist, 6'7", 250 lbs, undefeated), that they could beat Wlad as well. Man, was he wrong.
Dimitrenko never was an Olympic Champion

Haye's chance is the chance Wlad will give him by being so cautious and thoughtful.
If Wlad goes out there an executes Steward's strategy to the letter, this fight will be over in 1 round, but he wont do that, he will allow the tempo to drop cause he's too cautious, and allowing the pace to drop will effect his strategy, give Haye a chance to feint him out to confuse him and make him more cautious, then when Haye has Wlad like this, he will try to use his speed to get off first after feinting Wlad out imo.
If Wlad goes out there, cuts the ring off, uses the jab, and maintains safe distance behind the jab whilst applying pressure, then putting a right hand behind his jab when he gets into position, this fight will be over quick.
Perfect analysis...this is what I have been saying. People think Wlad can dominate with just his jab are totally underestimating Haye's ability to land on that chin multiple times. If Wlad counters when haye leaves the openings he will knock Haye out quick time, but he is not going to do that. He will wait and keep his right hand in his pocket, and this will lead him to be knocked out imo. He must counter Haye, as Haye will have to reach and take big chances to land on him. Wlad is such a good fighter, all he has to do is use his quick feed to back up when Haye lunges forward and wham drop the 1-2, I have wanted him to do this in many fights but he just doesn't, he sees all the openings but just does not want to open up unless he feels 100% safe, jab-jab-jab, only until his opponent is a corpse and up against the ropes will he open up. Haye is a dangerous man as long as he is standing.
Barely getting hit is more due to his ability at keeping his distance against his opponents via the jab which has been effective. I just see Haye making him move back more as Haye presses the fight. He looks uncomfortable moving on the back foot. At least, that's what I've noticed.

Seriously the only way Haye has to try and win is turning southpaw for the entire fight and fight well off of that stance. Because the right glove in the front will negate the jab completely. That's how Sanders did it.
