The major reason this fight is taking place is bec ause he beheaded them. They both signed to fight him when he was nowhere near a belt. The belt is the clincher & icing on the cake. To tell you the truth.. Haye has questioned & tested Wlad's manhood for the past 3 years.. i would NOT be surprised if David gets smoked in spectacular fashion. One of them is getting knocked out Saturday.... i just don't know whom. At that time, yes, he did not have the belt, but he was a heavy they had not fought, and needed to keep busy. In the meantime the guy who HAD the belt, Valuev, was being wood by Vitali Klitschko, for the very same reason that I mentioned in my earlier post. He had that belt the brothers wnated to complete their unique collection, and their final goal. So, when Haye got the belt, they were prepared to offer him better terms, but one brother still went after Valuev, for that same reason. he was a heavyweight they had not yet fought. In other words Jimmy, those 2 fighters, haye and Valuev, just swithed roles. Soulds logical and reasonable to me. Probably you too when you think about it.

yeah i gotta agree with edgarg, reason they wanted haye is because he has the last piece to their collection. i kind of do want haye to win though, vitali klitschko vs david haye would be awesome, it'll be haye's final step at being the undisputed heavyweight champ. and it'll give a chance for at least one of the brothers to hold all the belts, instead of vitali just holding one and wlad the others. but with that said, i still don't know who to predict as a winner for this matchup on saturday. wlad's the favorite, but i can imagine haye beating him...can't wait for this

I'd like some brilliant young fighter to come along and take him out. David Haye has built a huge empire of hype by pretending he is that fighter, but he plainly is not. Whatever you or I think of Wladimir Klitschko's tiresome tactics, there is no denying that he is devastatingly effective. He has beaten a wide variety of talented heavyweights (such as there are these days). Haye is a small heavyweight, who is as quick as Chris Byrd and hits harder, but has not half the boxing ability. And Wladimir demolished Byrd.

Personally, I believe that you have it a bit wrong. I am reasonably certain that haye has NOT got "under" Klitschko's skin, but the opposite. I believe that Haye has become more and more desperate at the imperturbability of Klitschko, and is trying more and more openly blatant, insulting, offensive ways to try to shake him. He forgets that he's not only fighting a top world champion holding 3 belts, but an expert chess player. Of course he may not even know what chess is, or the immense concentration required toreach any proficiency in it. And Klitschko isreputed to be an excellent player.
