I might sound dumb here, Never saw L. Mattyasse fight. What should I expect to see?

What has Mattyasse done so far? How does he fight? What should I expect to see out of him Saturday night against Devon Alexander? pressure. The Zab fight showed he was a better boxer than many gave him credit for. I went to that fight and was impressed. But when he applies pressure it could get interesting.

Precise, straight power punching. Fearless attitude and he stalks and eventually walks down his opponents. I happen to think he's exciting to watch. This generations argentine fighters are pretty ruthless, i.e. Sergio, maidana and matthysse The Triple M Express. Martinez, Maidana, Matthysse.

Low workrate, a guy looking for one big punch. Zab of all people kept him at bay with a jab for the most part of the fight, until the later rounds. But at the end, Mathysse is a guy who looks for a big punch. That's all I really saw from him. Chasing, chasing, chasing, eating jabs, chasing, chasing, unload when he can. I predict he'll make Alexander look really good on Saturday. Or you can say Alexander will just be too good for him.

Unlike most pressure fighters, Matthysse is very wise. He knows how to apply pressure and cut off the ring and he also possesses some good technique with his punches. Tough dude.

He focuses on the body alot more than most fighters. Decent power puncher and wears down most opponents with his body attack. However, I think Devon outboxes him this Saturday. I'll be rooting for Matthysse though.

you can probably watch the Zab Judah fight on you tube. He's a good power puncher and i i have already stated he gets the job done against Alexander.

nothing wrong with not having seen a fighter, im sure plenty of people on here pretend theyve seen everyone and anyone. he gave Zab difficulties, i think hes hittable but he has a good chin. competent boxer with excellent power. hopefully he should beat Alexander and get in the mix for Maidana - Guerrero winner or Judah - Khan winner
