Pacquiao couldnt lace Roy's boots Well.....two of my favorites fighters......but will aswer this........the skills that roys had was fukking amazing....this guys athleticism was AMAZING.......a damm shame of a resume (in comparison to is skills....not a bad resume still).........better skills roys.......better resume/accomplishments Manny (not the last shame of fights)........

RJJ didn't do so well against a good southpaw (tarver) Pactard anology. From fighting at 150-154 to not doing well against a natural 175lb southpaw. Trying to fit your agenda this way won't work.

Neither are in their prime at 154lbs. Even if they were both the same size in their primes I don't see Pacquiao taking down RJJ. I am not qualified enough to really opine, but my eyes tell me that, while Pacquiao may have achieved more, RJJ was the superior fighter.

But RJJ could easily make JMW, he fought at 150, 151, 153, 155 etc He fought at that weight in his late teens and early 20's. No way he could make that in his prime though. He couldn't even stay at 160 for too long. He had to move up. Doesn't sound like somebody who could easily make junior middle.
