These face offs/press conferences/stare downs are like inkblot tests for boxing fans. It's always interesting what people "see." I think it says more about the fan's psyche than the boxer's.

Fury is only 23 and is getting better all the time. I think he'll whip Chisora and continue to climb the ladder. Chagaev can still fight, if someone will let him. He's nearly blackballed. If he beats Chisora and looks good doing it, it would change my mind a bit. Time is on his side but right now I can't see him getting past Price or Perez if they fight! If Chagaev could get cleared to fight he would be a credible opponent for someone but I couldn't see him beating Haye or The klits.

Actually, the division is getting better. Robert Helenius, Denis Boytsov, the resurgent Cris Arreola, the rising Tyson Fury, Tomasz Adamek, Ruslan Chagaev, etc., are all fighters that could beat Haye. Haye has talked himself into this fight. He didn't earn the fight. That is the sorry thing about it all. Come on don't include Tyson Fury in there and I think it's pushing it a bit including Chagaev!! The rest are genuine threats though. The division is getting better. IMO if Fury fights Mike Perez or David Price he would get KTFO, Haye or the Klits would kill him!

Wlad is just a lamer. trashtalking is not so traditional in europe like it is in america. i think europe is somewhat more cconservative, and we like the good guy presentation. but more importantly trashtalk doesn't win fights. mayorga is a good example of this.

Was it my imagination or did Davey sound a little pissed (in the inebriated sense) in that vid? He was slurring his words something awful in the opening few comments.

the hw division must be in a really sorry state right now, if people consider haye a credible threat. for gods sake who has haye fought and beaten in hw?? wlad is not a joke;not at all. the guys who beat wlad had both an iron chin and meteoric punch. haye has none of this. if he thinks he is going to outbox wlad like he did valuev well wlad is far more athletic that's for sure. overall i give haye a puncher's chance. but at hw practically every bum has it. most likely a mid/late tko or a dive because haye will not give wlad the chance to fullfill his promise and ko him inthe final rounds.

Wlad could not match wits with David. He loses that battle 10 out of 10 times, he's a complete stick in the mud. that doesnt mean he;s going to get knocked out by Haye but Haye has made this whole ride to the ring a lot of fun.

David Haye is a complete arse and proves it every time he opens his mouth. That Audley Harrison match was a real barn burner. So was the match with John Ruiz. Wlad will be sticking that jab, doubling up that jab, then coming with that big right cross. Let's see what the "hayemaker" will be saying after he gets his ass kicked and losses his WBA title. Did you actually watch the face off? Haye was clearly scared, nervous, fidgety, wiggly... you name it. Wlad was merely holding himself back from KOing Haye in a split second. Yeah so scared that him and max were laughing at Wlad when he mentioned how his t-shirt should be one of him stroking Wlad to sleep like a baby. I guess you clowns know nothing about Haye as he usually always hurls insults at whoever he faces before a fight. But now that its against Wlad he clearly must be "scared" even though this is how he has acted before most fights.
