You can laugh all you want at it, still won't beat your Foreman was the Lineal champion quote. :D Yea he got blasted by both but he still beat Cotto. :rofl: He also beat Clottey more decisive than Cotto. Cotto is a much more skilled boxer than Margarito but he just doesn't have the tools to beat a pressure fighter with experience like him. I made a mistake it happens, who cares. I still had Cotto wining by KO and he still fought a champ at 154 who was Marg's comeback fight? He beat Cotto because of the plaster and the fact that Cotto did just about everything wrong in that fight and Marg still got outclassed for 6 rounds. Marg's CAN win but its like a 5% chance. Actually I take that back, there is NO WAY Margarito can win this fight.

I just can't see Cotto being able to back up Margarito. Margarito hits hard- even without the plaster, and Cotto doesn't have the best chin. This is ballsy but I'm going to suggest an old Gil Clancy maxim that the previous victor by ko- Margarito- will win by an even faster ko the second time around.

Yea Cotto did beat Mosley. Styles make fights. Plus you act as if Cotto knocked him out. It was a close fight as well so don't act like he dominated him either. Cotto doesn't have it in him to go twelve rounds with Margarito. It has been known he has stamina issues and can't compete with Margarito's work rate.

Even without the bricks and one eye, Cotto just cannot beat this man let alone KO him. I hate margarito but if it came down to it i'd bet on him to win, Cotto is shot and even at his best couldn't even hurt the man. No way he wins this fight.

If Marg has anything left, anything. He will beat Cotto again. If Marg is done shot to pieces Cotto wins. But, if Marg has anything left Marg can pull this off. Either way the winner is not one I would consider a top fighter. I agree.Cotto still has to plant his feet to let loose combos.Tony can fight at a good pace all night,and Cotto cannot keep up-he will fade and get hurt again. Margarito is simply the worse possible style match up for Cotto. The only thing this fight would prove is that Marg beat Cotto without loaded gloves.
