he's a middleweight now, so i don't know if those options would be considered. wolak, cintron, and vera II i would say though. at middleweight, i think he should fight chavez jr, ishida, spinks, or lee/vera winner. any of those wins would get him talked about more.
Super middleweight?
I disagree with the Vera rematch. Sergio has no business fighting Super Middleweight. For someone with a great intellect he's really not making logical decisions with his fights. He needs to come down to Middleweight again. I personally believe that's his proper weight class. He looked like he had heavy hands fighting as a Super Middleweight... but they need to get him somethin' and real quiCC 'cause fans are startin' to lose interest in him.
Who gives a **** about that pu$$y? show boats like he's the best ever but runs all night and hits like a 6 year old girl. Seriously who the hell misses that guy?
In a Matchmaker point of view Pawel Wolak. Promoter's point of view Kermit Cintron.
Matchmaker is thinking that Sergio Mora needs a win against a boxer with reputation and Pawel Wolak has it for beating a former champion. Matchmaker realize that Sergio Mora has been in tough fights and he needs a confidence building match. Pawel Wolak is short and slow but has power. Sergio Mora has speed and throws punches in bunches slight to no power. This would be an exciting match. I go with this choice as well.
To a promoter like Dibella that wants instant money - Kermit Cintron vs Sergio Mora because this fight looks easy to make and pulls the most money. The others in the list wouldn't make money (Cotto, Alvarez, and Williams ain't going to fight him since it is considered a step down in money).
I say Pawel Wolak, and if Sergio Mora losses the fight then he is now classified as a Journeyman. Same with Kermit Cintron - if he losses the fight his prizefighting days are over. A similar situation for Kermit Cintron too that if he losses the fight to Sergio Mora then him too is going to become a Journeyman. Pawel Wolak is young, if he losses the fight he can still bounce back. :boxing:
get him an 8-10 rounder then I would like to see him matched up against Andy Lee or Hassan Ndam (assuming he fights at middleweight) some time next year
