The clowns on this board who said this was a joke got slapped back to reality when Golden Boy was forced to grovel at Manny's feet and give up undisclosed terms after the judge told them to go f*ck themselves when they tried to have it dismissed. And Floyd Sr just can't help himself everytime a reporter's around, he just keeps adding more material and digging himself deeper and deeper. People need to understand that Boxers/athletes on Manny's level are more than just private individuals, they're brands, almost like corporations. What do you think would happen if say Burger King went on a public smear campaign of McDonald's and claimed (without a shred of tangible evidence) that Mickey D's was using rat meat instead of chicken? Looks like Mayweather wants to go through with the whole lawsuit. So is it ok to accuse a neighbour of pedophilia and spread rumors about him despite not having any evidence to support your beliefs? There's freedom of speech, and then there's defamation. The Mayweather's have brought an innocent and hardworking man's career into question simply because they are too chicken to accept a fight on equal terms.

He dosent have to prove Pac is on or used PEDS as it cannot be proven , he only has to prove why he believes he is and that he answered in his professional opinion when a reporter asked him . unwillingness to be tested casts big doubt over him being clean , especially when he refused to be tested to duck the biggest fight in history and a 50 mill pay check , and then offer publicly such lame reasons why he refused that his lame reasons look like blatant lies , this whole case is about circumstantial evidence from both sides and will be dropped just like the other one . They have to prove the intent was for the purpose to defame and not just a professional giving his opinion when it is asked for ,,,, very hard to prove , its not like any of the Mayweathers have approached the media to tell the story , its the media asking them for a professional opinion , big difference .
