Well Arreola is Arreola there are flaws in his game a really skilled guy will exploit to make him look rather foolish and sloppy. Being dedicated and in shape was a bigger issue though because he could never get the most out of himself like that, even if he is still limited at least he can give his best effort now.

Arreola doesn't look better to me. He's going to end up being a favorite against somebody who's better than him, and I'm going to cash in.

Props to him. It definitely shows just by looking at his physique.

Good to hear him say that because recognizing a problem is the only way it can be fixed. Now he needs to show that dedication for the rest of his career~
