When was the last time BHOP fought a sure fire first ballot HOFer? Pac just fought one 2 weeks ago and is gonna fight another one in a few months. Pac has the much better resume but Hopkins has probably the 2nd best resume right now in boxing. Lol. _________________________

it wasnt 154 for **** sake. hes always been huge on fight night at every weight up until jr welterweight, and the first few classes he was still a kid. I think Hopkins feat is among ATG achievements nomatter what sport.

Pacquiao fought at catch weights so to me he hasnt done nothing for boxing.He was also fighting people coming off either losses or bad fights Yes Hopkins never done none of that.

Hopkins, without a doubt. Pac fights recently were mostly at catchweight and he was fighting guys who had a defeat just before facing him. Both are incredible, but i believe Hopkins should be considered as the best fighter of this era!

Well there have been a few guys who put on 40 pounds over a career and won titles, Hop is the oldest ever to win a major title. Depends on which one you credit more, could be a tough call.Nobody has won as many titles along the way as Pacquiao though, and certainly not in such dominant fashion. I agree though, it is a difficult call.
