I feel gutted for degale

This is the problem when you really get behind a fighter. When they lose it can affect you bad. It was a close fight. I though Degale won. But there were a lot of close rounds where not much happened and they could have gone either way. In the end, you can't argue too much with the decision. I feel bad for degale man. One thing I noticed in the build up was the difference between the respective trainers of both fighters. Booth was calm, assured, relaxed. Whereas, jim mcdonnell, was very excited and in retrospect maybe somewhat overconfident. At the weigh in Jim Mcdonnell showed how excited he was when he got up and encouraged degale to bet his salary on the fight. I reallly think that if degale needs a different trainer. One that recognises his flaws and works on them. I was very impressed with Groves. What a performance. I thought he was going to get completely outclassed. He boxed brilliantly and certainly had degale confused in the early rounds. A good night for boxing. A good fight. Worth the £15.
