... But Cleverly’s manager, Frank Warren, could still stage a world title fight as planned at London’s 02 Arena, as the Welshman is already the interim champion and could be upgraded to ‘full’ status.
Warren was today negotiating with potential challengers ranked in the WBO’s top 15 and has made contact with Zsolt Erdei, Kariz Karuiki and Braimah Kamaoko.
All three are in training for fights over the next month and Erdei is based in Europe, with the Hungarian expected to be made a ‘name your price’ offer to face Cleverly.

Erdei is a good fighter not sure whether Cleverly will win, he's been training to fight a completely different type of fighter.
but in terms of a fight it's even better than Cleverly-Braehmer
I'd rather see Bellew in there, although he isn't that good.
I agree, been having a little war of words with Derry Mathews he's adamant Bellews going to knock him out, Which is never going to happen Bellew will get sparked..
To be honest if they can get a ranked european fighter i don't think the casuals will be none the wiser. Erdei, Breahmer. makes no difference to them as long as they get to see a British fighter fight for the world title. There is still hope i have not completely written off the card yet.
I called this hours ago.
You did indeed.. I still thinks it going to be Bellew though.. He postedthe below 2mins ago
