I think it's in the HBO broadcast of Pacquiao-Morales II. In the prefight show Pacquiao is giving an interview and talks about his performance against Morales in their first fight. He mentions how he had no snap in his punches and no explosivness, and he blames it on the blood being drawn too close to the fight. I don't remember him saying he was afraid.
