Why the hell wont Abraham..

Throw his jab more? He has a great jab...Where the hell were the straight right hands he landed on taylors jaw? He looked like he was in a barroom brawl winging those wide looping shots.. To be honest Abraham has some talent, you can see it.. Good jab, GREAT chin...I dont know if it is his heart or what? I have a hard time saying it is after seeing him go with a broken jaw against miranda..Is it his trainer? I think it is a huge problem, the trainer...They go in with 1 plan, and if it doesnt work, they have no backup plan..He needs a new trainer worse than anybody in boxing...The guy is not void of talent in my opinion.

Newsflash AA really aint that good theres a reason he stayed in deutschland all those years so one dimensional not very creative, not very good stamina, not very precise w/his power shots but one hell of a chin. Still wouldn't wanna test him in a beer garden

it's the extra lbs he has on. realizing that SMW is no joke, he doesn't have time to adjust. these guys are barraging him. arthur does have reach for a solid jab, but consist on power and one punch strategy to get him through. he ain't no "mickey one-punch machine gun"...lol

I agree. He was a good size MW but at SMW he is small and gets bullied around, a taste of his own medicine. His career is virtually over, but if he wants he could go back to 160 and maybe do well again I don't know why he is so adamant about staying at 168. He is getting worked over by these bigger guys....and if he would only try, he might be able to hang. Dude gives up like a toolbag instead.

Dude turns into a heavybag after 3 rds and he does zilch after that. It is not hard to look good against a guy that does that......and he fights like he has never fought before coming in wild, wide, and sloppy. I don't get it, the same thing in the last 3 fights.

maybe so, but he is tough as nails...most guys woulda been put down by all them shots ward was landing tonight. One thing, Arthur has one helluva chin, i just wish he would put it all together, cause to me he is a likeable guy..kinda feel bad for the guy

He's 31 years old...a new trainer will not change his already established habits. I like Abraham, I really do but he is a slugger. He looks for 1 shot and in the past, he usually found it. But in this tourney, he found his kryptonite. I feel bad because he came up 8 pounds in weight and was successful early but has had a dramatic collapse.
