Take the test we got a fight is not an excuse, its a requirement, a justifiable one at that Floyd's requirement should be: Agree to take the test! since Pac cannot take the test unilaterally without there first being a signed contract between the two. Pac has already agreed to take the test, which Arum confirms. The next step should be for Floyd to come out of vacation and negotiate the rest of the terms so a contract can be signed.
