Manny Pacquiao should be preparing his lawsuit now to RingTalk and those who runs it!

RingTalk just took out the article. All you need to know about that article is it was written by Pedro Fernandez so you know it's anti-Pacquiao. They're one of the few boxing sites that reported the fake article as if it's true, and Pedro even defended it in the comments.

lol. It would be a funny situation if Mosley got sued somehow and then he'd have to pay tons of money---money he robbed the fans with last Saturday. But of course that wouldn't make sense. It was just a thought since he did not deserve his paycheck.

Bassically urine test are OLD, heck I know criminals who don't even get Urine test anymore, there proven to be ineffective!! There probation officers tell them that Urine can't even pick up most drugs. So I know damn well that it can't pick up most steroids. In the end, TAKE THE BLOOD TEST if your clean, Floyds not asking him to do anything that Mosley or him wasn't willing to do. so USADA took 4x more urine samples than blood samples from mayweather\mosley just for kicks?

I disagree with some of you who criticize the lawsuit. I remember when Jose Canseco's book came out and he accused a lot of players of juicing. The common refrain from many on talk radio and sports radio that I'd listen to would be "Well, we'll know if (PLAYER X) is guilty if he doesn't file a lawsuit". The point being that anyone accuses you of something that is defamatory and harmful to your image, which many athletes bank on for sponsorship deals and whatnot, and you do not fight it, then you must be afraid that they can prove it. So when these athletes would not file suit against Canseco, people just figured they were guilty, and most if not all of them were. So when Floyd comes out and makes his comments, and his father and uncle all come out making these defamatory comments, I don't blame Manny for filing the lawsuit. He's got an image to protect, and the fact that there's no REAL basis for the accusations, and it smells of desperation in trying to defame Manny by any means possible, then it only makes sense to file the suit. Otherwise people would more than likely say "why didn't you sue him if you were not juicing?" And if he DOES test and passes? That's not going to end it, because as someone on here already pointed out several fighters never tested positive, but we know different as to their being clean or dirty.

Now, by "new Pacquiao," do they mean physically or technically? Because what I've noticed from Pacquiao over the years has been him using both hands, a very simple hook and roll move to keep his opponents off balance and the same endurance as we had seen in the Morales fights and the first Barrera fight. There has been nothing to suggest that Pacquiao is using steroids when you look at the fact that he's not really outmuscling guys. One thing I did notice Mosley say at the press conference was that Pacquiao wasn't as strong as Mayweather. Considering that they both had risen through the weight classes, is Mayweather the one to look at? Of course not, but logic doesn't have to be truthful, does it? His endurance is the same but he is doing serious damage to naturally bigger guys who have been much more acclimated to this weight than he has. Doesn't happen too often does it? Logic tells me that its not as simple as you make it seem, Logic tells me you would naturally be biased toward Manny anyway so thats the credibility you have.
