Can you tell me where he says he won't take the tests, so I can skip to it? this **** is getting outta hand tho. ok, manny should ritely be criticized for skating on the testing issue in the 1st fight. do i kno why he didnt take em? no. but for ppl to come out n make fake stories and articles outta it? smh. thats why boxing is the laughing stock of the sports world. Here's a question I have for all the Pac fans: why don't you want Pacquiao to take USADA drug testing? What's the big deal? Just because Floyd is asking for it?
