i was saying all along PACQUIAO's punch is different, connects different, feels different and hurts differently. the pain shocks the skin and the nerves yet doesnt allows it to go get numbed as defense on the other hand it reminds the senses the pain that whats left of the body's defensive mechanism is avoidance... thats what makes pacquiao a destroyer.
pacquiao's punches are not like those who connect flushed, because of the speed and the angles when it connects it breaks the skin causing abrasion. manny's punches is like a whip thus the title of this thread is appropriate. this is the mistake most of pacquiao opponents made, they assumed that its only the speed and not so much the power or if ever they thought they can handle the power but they overlooked the throbbing pain. unlike flush shots rocking your body and your brain sometimes shuts all senses to prevent further damage like a computer rebooting then it resets and recovers, grazing or whip/shots that breaks skin and flesh causes searing and throbbing pains that distracts the brain which can go primarily on defense mode. thus i can only imagine what oscar was thinking during their fight, he was defending himself from inside and outside until his brain said enough is enough, david diaz went on throwing punches as his brain decided that the cause of the pain is the one to be stopped but only up to a point sans any plan until was caught and finally laid on the canvass and cannot punch anymore, cotto underestimated pacman went toe to toe but eventually decided to back off from the pain rode his bike for the rest of the fight, hatton was lucky he caught a flush one that shutdown his system he was spared of the pain but wasnt able to take the humiliation that his brain craved for the one that makes it forget after, clottey even from the beginning of the fight decided for a defensive stance waiting for the pacman to ease up and then make his move, elected to maintain the high guard waiting, but too much waiting made his brain went to stupor, it was like going to a hut for shelter during a storm and lost tract of time til it was already the end of the fight, margarito, nothing to lose but everything to gain, he destroyed all the gears except for the forward drive, he went on attack mode from the very beginning he was already in pain but he kept on moving forward with the tremendous help of the 17lbs advantage, but the easing of the onslaught was only on mannys decision, mosley, they said they will never underestimate pacquiao but do you think hes prepared for what it feels when caught by pacquiao's whipping punch? is he prepared for the surprise of the throbbing pain it will caused? i guess not but i will try to observed the expression on his face when it happens and see his body's reaction to it. when floyd and pacquiao finally fights, floyds facial feature will change there will be broken flesh and skin and i expect floyd will do a clottey too.:boxing:

You think Mosley is still what he once was?
not at all, what i believe in mosley is a fighter, he fights toe to toe, he has this vaunted iron chin, but all of a sudden in comparison to his previous fights he was back pedalling, why? look it up he is telling everyone his reason. now you will ask me how can i believe him, well how cant i, he was the one in the ring with manny pacquiao, he was the one floored, he was the one at the receiving end of those punches, how can i contradict him? how can anyone say he is wrong?
I think Mosley is done, but he could've worn a mask and we would've never known it was him.
Morales is shot, but he resembles Morales in the ring.
Holyfield is shot, but he resembles Holyfield in the ring.
Roy Jones is shot, but he resembles Roy Jones in the ring.
Mosley was not even trying to be Mosley. He didn't want anything to do with Pac in that ring.
yes i believe so, he hesitated, prolly he watched too much video of manny re arranging the faces of margarito who he beat to submission 3 fights ago. he had gone thinking ahead of what pacquiao's gonna do if he fight back, he was afraid that even if the opening presents itself he imagined that pacquiao is setting him up. trapping him to knock the f-uck out of his senses thus the hesitations. he talked smack prior to the fight but nhe found out in the first three rounds how different it is when youre in front of pacquiao than when you are watching him fight another.
wouldnt change anything , pacman would still beat mosley
this ^^^^
even if mosley fought like what he did with margarito, mosley will only suffer much worst.
sometimes hatred can blind person even to the obvious.
shane fighting like a coward was surprising !!!!! but it was the only way he could finish his career without being knocked out !!!!!!
He would've recieved permanent damage and it would not have been worth it. Nothing is.
yeah hes shot acording to an internet warrior like you stfu

Pac has a great core (abs) and thighs and calfs. That is also how he has so much power. He is also very good at feinting and waiting till you throw so he has a wide open counter shot. Those are the ones that hurt the most, ask Ricky Hatton.
it hurts when you remain conscious, but in the case of hatton his senses shuts down when he woke up his defense mechanism sets to forget what had happened. what remained long lasting on hatton is the pain in his ego. that one messes him up real bad. about the power, hes really a heavy handed guy. weight x velocity plus angle the punch really cracks like a whip
