Every 10 seconds? I respect that Shane is a good sportsman but don't you think he went a tad to far last night?
I even got the impression even Manny was getting bored with it. It seemed like every 10 seconds Shane was asking for a touch of the glove.
After every round, every headbutt, every break and even when he got knocked down he asked for a touch. C'mon!
You should touch gloves pre & post fight, but when the bell rings I feel you should fight hard. And it goes out the window.
In the end it was just plain frustrating when you've payed your hard earned money, it's a dull fight and Shane is ****ing intenet on touching gloves every 10 seconds. And not interested in actual FIGHTING.
We made a drinking game of it at my place. Everyone was pretty good by the end of the fight. Some even halfway through.
Hahahaha. You must have got pretty damn pissed.
Last night was a sparring session end of. Mosley body language said it all, and Pacquiao bought into the glove touch everytime. This guy didn't want to hurt Mosley, simple as, he carried him.
One poster made a thread about this before the fight, and couldnt have been more right. When I see all that glove touching I think of sparring. Two guys coming to collect a check and not take any risks.
Mosley touching gloves= "please don't hurt me Manny...I am old and washed up but I need money because the divorce with Jin is kicking my A$$" hahaha :nonono:
Mosley had a great career and will be in the HALL OF FAME...but NO PROMOTER SHOULD HAVE PUT HIM IN ANOTHER PPV MAIN EVENT AFTER THAT SERGIO MORA FIGHT! So stop bashing Mosley and point the finger at Arum for FOOLING SOME OF YOU ONCE AGAIN!

Like one of the commentators was saying, he was trying to play to Pac's good nature in hopes that Pac wouldn't put a beating on him.
I like fighters to show respect for each other but Mosley seemed like he was more interested in being friends than fighting. It wasn't good for those who'd spent money.
Yes, the amount of times he tried to touch gloves last night was ridiculous. I know Shane is a nice guy and I wouldn't be opposed to seeing them touch gloves at the beginning of every round, but last night was ridiculous. It seemed like they touched gloves after every clinch/headbutt/end of the round/beginning of the round/etc.
that was irritating as fuuck. these 2 knuckleheads gave us a sparing session instead of a war
Calling last nights fight a sparring session is going too far lol ive seen 13-14 year old amateur sparring sessions better than that.
Pac and Mosley have known eachother for years, and they're too friendly with eachother to be 100% offensive in the ring. Mayweather would be a different story.
I honestly think he was doing that to kind of get sympahty from Pac. He looked like he was scared to hit pac because he knew something was coming back. While Pac is too much of a sport and a nice guy to decline.
True. Mosley looked scared from the opening bell.

Really fcuking irritating. Pacman should've blasted him everytime he did that, but he's a nice guy.
I think he was hoping that Pac would show him the same mercy that he gave Margs. I was so annoyed with it
I've said this time and time again today.
These guys didn't want to fight. Mosley was lucky Pacquiao had mercy on him, and Pacquiao had zero intentions of beating up Mosley or knocking him out.
These guys are friends man, it was awkward to watch in there.

So it looks like am not alone on this subject.
