I posted it on the training section i would really like to hear some recommendations and opinions.
Hope u like it :D
Just work on mastering the basics by establishing a solid jab, hook, uppercut, and straight right cross. The jab sets up the other punches and creates distance. Defensively you're doing a decent job with head movement. After you feel completely comfortable landing and moving when you're in and off balance, it's time to incorporate the intangibles: timing, rhythm, pattern interrupt, economy of motion, etc., etc.
Good luck and much success.
He's a closet gay. He projects his homosexuality by calling other people and things gay. Not to mention he himself starts all of his threads with "U GUYS!" or "OMG U GUYZ!" so I dunno how he can even call you out on that.
It was a low quality vid but it showed that you def got some skills.

David, ive watched sparring videos with the best of them and ive also watched plenty of training videos and videos of people doing their conditioning training so i think i know what im talking about!
David what you need to do is forget everything..especially the kaka that has been mentioned in this thread and just remember that there is only one way to win a boxing match..and that my friend is by knockout. Going the distance and getting a UD or SD is for f*cking p*ssys..fighting that way is some b*tch ass yoga type sh*t.
To be honest i saw the first few seconds and saw the video was 3 mins long and thought..why hasnt this guy knocked him out yet? Basically you need to throw wider hooks, im talking Audely Harrison style and you need to ease up on the power usage on your jab, like Audely Harrison, your also moving to much..how can you throw punches when your not in position?..Stay in the middle of the ring and dont move..take a leaf out of Audely harrisons book.
If you need any more real advice msg me..
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahaha
thx for the tip bro, but to be honest i used to think like that and got hit WAAAY TOO MUCH hahaha and IMO if I kept getting hit like that in every sparring, and every fight, i think my career would be really short...
I like brawls but i think a fighter should know when tu box and when to brawl IMO. And that guy i was sparring was really heavy handed.

thx bro i am 22 almost 23 ... i am not that young but i still have time haha
i started training like at 15-16 but didnt take it really seriously till i was 18 and entered my first tournament.
thanks for the share dude...i know that its only a 3min clip and probably not fully indicative of your style but i noticed that you have a tendency to get flat footed...when you bend down to dodge or begin a combo, you square up and are completely flat footed
like at the 1:40 mark, your opponent started to let his hands go and you were forced to go straight backwards into the ropes because your feet were too planted...on your toes, you would have been able to maneuver out much more smoothly IMO
keep it up tho...you look like a gym regular
Thx bro its actually very true, i used to be a lot heavier and i used to brawl like crazy, but as i got a little better with my boxing i started to move more, and try to box more, but still sometimes that flatfooted tendency goes out even if i dont want it too.
So yeah i am working on that thx for the feedback bro : )

mak, why havent you posted a comment on my sparring vid thread? i hate you :lol1:
well when i shadow box and hit the heavy bag i always think of heavmovement almost as if it was a part of the combination. Most people forget i throw a 1 2 then i also move my head two times. A 1 2 3 then move my head, ive always trained like that so when i sparr sometimes i move my head even if the opponent isnt even close hehe.
