From Steve Kim's latest article...
As it relates to a possible fight between Tim Bradley and Amir Khan, as of Tuesday afternoon, it looks like there were major steps taken in order to salvage that contest for July 23rd. More details as they come...
Khan and Bradley are both in Vegas tommorow.
Really hope this fight gets signed!
We're going over old ground now.. if Bradley had a tough fight against Alexander like Khan had a tough fight against Maidana, I'd expect Bradley to take a tune up before fighting Khan.. I'd have no problem with it.. But Alexander was an easy fight, Bradley said so himself.. So there was no excuse for him not to fight Khan other than b!tching out on the fight. < I already said all that some time back.
It does not matter if the fight was easy,it does not even matter if Bradley would have KO'd Alexander in the first rd..It's about Bradley leaving money on the table, something I could not see Khan doing..Also something that a prize fighter should not be criticized for doing..
No it doesnt. We wanted him to stop running and just take the fight. Theres nothing WRONG about that. This is what we wanted.
In reality you wanted him to leave money on the table, while not having any kinda problems with Khan taking money fights..But they must have a really good deal on the table for Bradley to have change(hopefully)his mind..
It might surprise you but I was also a Bradley fan as well as a Khan fan. I've said it in posts in the past. When he put out the duck vibes I lost a massive amount of respect for him so I implemented an ingenious plan to try and get this fight made, in the hope that it would prevent Bradley from turning into the duck that he was becoming, saving his credibility, his respect, his soul and his forehead.
If it worked you can all thank us for the fight and for the reinstatement of Bradley's dignity. No thanks to Boxing Scene news for their virtual silence on the issue. We deserve HOF status for this. But again, let's not get ahead of ourselves, we need confirmation before our victory celebration. As VcVc said, Khan's news might be something entirely different and Bradley might still be a b!tch.
Not only am I surprised but I'm shock..I also don't believe you were ever a Bradley fan with the way you been bashing Bradley..Although Khan had did the very same thing just a fight ago..:thumbsdow
but but but bradley is ducking
hahaha EXACTLY! People jumped to conclusions during the Alexander vs Bradley negotiations also :nonono:
just to show how STUPID and Predictable those fans are, if the fight has been agreed upon, they will go from Bradley is "DUCKING" to talking about how Bradley is "OVERRATED" :nonono:
If Bradley signs to fight, it doesnt mean the people who were imploring him to take the fight and STOP RUNNING OUT THERE BABY were wrong....
TBH it does..

I want to hear from Bradley jeez he is keeping awful quiet, good businessman imo..
Do you think we made those threads just for the sake of calling Bradley a ducker as if we derive some sort of pleasure by dishing out epithets? You might downplay it, that's fine, but if the right eyes see the right information it can change the course of history. You've seen how Maidana and Ortiz, Klitschko and Haye, Nate Campbell, Amir Khan and countless other boxers have reacted to Official News Stories as well as Threads posted about them in the past. But nothing's confirmed yet, so let's not celebrate our victory prematurely.
Yes, you people absolutely made those threads because you derived pleasure from doing so. So many of you jumped on every word that Khan has said saying Bradley was ducking, to the point you act like you don't want Khan to fight Bradley.

lol something is wrong with you.
but but but bradley is ducking
If Bradley and Khan sign to fight I will make sure to rub it in all those morons who were hoping Bradley would duck Khan so they started "Bradley is a duck" threads left and right.
Seriously....this might be nothing to do with Bradley. :lol1:
Khan says hes got a big announcement and it takes 4 days to do.
Could be spelling his own name for all we know.
you sound more like this.......so much crying & whining.
Uh.....yeah man. Im crying because I might be getting the fight I want.
Devestated.
