Khan gives Bradley a deadline

I read somewhere that Bradley is guaranteed $1.2 Million WHOEVER he fights on HBO for his next fight. Is that right? Because if it is with only one fight tied to the Shaw contract HBO in making that stupid guarantee made it inevitable that Khan/Bradley won't happen now. The offer to fight Bradley maybe his biggest payday to date but if HBO pay the same kind of money for fighting a lesser opponent they have set up the situation for this fight to be posponed. Khan can keep fighting bums at no risk instead of fighting Bradley, and make millions. Would that be alright with you? I mean, according to your logic Khan should take the easy money, right?

If Bradley is not signing Khan should move on. There is a period of religious observance that Khan is not going to be able to fight so he has to keep on schedule

From Bradley's point of view: It's a high risk, medium reward type of fight. If he loses, then joining Top Rank and fighting Pacquiao are no longer options. Hmmm or they could become more likely options....

Khan got lucky with Maidana...i think Khan losses in a rematch. 1 or 2 more round of that fight and i think Maidana might have taken it. I would bet on Maidana in a rematch. (i don't hate Khan...I'm indifferent).

Bradley needs to draw up a contract that goes 50/50 on EVERYTHING. Send it over to Khan. Great choice by Khan, IMO. He can't sit around and wait for Bradley. One thing I like about Khan is he actually tries to stay active. He fought 3 times in '09 twice in 2010 and is on pace to fight 3 times this year. I just hope he gets someone better the McCloskey for his July fight...I wouldn't mind a Prescott re-match. Just so we can see if he really has improved that much since his loss... Or even a Zab Judah type of fighter would be good.

Khan shouldn't give this ultimatum... it should be HBO. HBO should tell Timmah to fight Khan or don't fight at all. That's exactly who gave it. Schaefer said time was up on Monday, HBO then told him to extend the deadline to wednesday.

This was on his facebook today: Timothy Bradley has got until 2moro 4pm to make a decision on our scheduled fight in July. Bradley would be a fool to accept 1.3 mil facing Khan, when he can get 1.2 against TBA from HBO. Surely Bradley wants too fight the best fighter next too him in the division?

Yup, the fight is not happening. Bradley is backing out on his word and ducking Khan, its as simple as that. People need to accept this and get over it. I doubt the JMM fight will happen, since JMM already ducked the fight when he had the chance. And JMM could fight PAc down the line, so why take the risk, is probably what he is asking himself. Judah or Morales seems the most likely, I doubt Maidana gets a rematch, although, Maidana did look pretty ordinary and gassed quickly against Morales. I still think Maidana is a danger to Khan, it would be an entertaining fight again, but i think khan wants another paper title so he will will try and get Judah if Bradley ducks.
