No drama, hardly any action, no epic background music, no narrator and too short. (last episode was 20 minutes)
All you have are random interviews with members of Manny's team.
IMO HBO's 24/7 did a much much better job of recording the events leading up to the fight, was actually exciting to watch because it made it epic.
Showtimes 360 series is just boring
Agree/Disagree?
It's an experiment. Arum wanted to tap into the NCAA Tournament viewer crowd and see if a wider audience really equals more PPV buys. We will see if it works or not - I don't think anyone outside of Showtime folks are claiming that it is living up to expectations....
You'd think that they' could have done a better job, to try and show up HBO, but this is just terrible. I don't see how even a casual fan would enjoy this.

There hasn't been enough action of them really sparring or anything imo. I think the production is pretty good but the contents of what they show in relation to hyping up the event is pretty is very disproportionate.
I saw the first episode last night. It wasn't very good. I think part of the problem is that they're trying to copy 24/7 but with an obviously much smaller budget and less talent behind them. This results in a mishmash of random out-of-the-ring nonsense that the more hardcore boxing fans aren't interested in, but lacking in the epic drama and slick production values that reels the in the casual fan.
Their Super Six coverage is much, much better. More focused on the actual fighters and the sport itself.
Absolutely god awful. The FC 360: Super Six is so good too, it's really surprising that they couldn't get a decent program together for Pacquiao-Mosley.
Wasted opportunity.
Its just a camera crew following them around. No narration, no storyline, and bad music. I'm a Pac fan but I cant lie, I aint watching it anymore. I am however still hyped for the fight
Wow. Totally forgot it was on tonight. Yeah, it's pretty bad. I don't even remember a single thing about Mosley's camp except that he punches swim noodles. They wasted so many minutes (out of their 20) on irrevelant things like Manny's "show me da manny" show and the Monique show. wtf.
But tonight's episode is supposed to be 1 hour long.
