So Who Should Mayweather Fight This Summer?

well, he better not fight malignaggi or spadafora. otherwise, all this zhit about pac fighting bums like clottey, cotto and margarito would put many peeps in this forum to shame.

He "should" wait for pac to beat mosley and immediately afterwards challenge pacquiao, but that's just dream land. If he isn't gonna step to pac I'd love to see him fight ortiz, that would be the best option ( although very distant second ) to pacquiao. What would you guys here say if it was announced to be Miguel Cotto?:boxing: I would say great, get it on. But cotto is tp and as long as this war between the young tranny and the old liar is going strong I don't see it happening.

Since Bob has Pacquiao busy with Mosley and Marquez in 2011, Floyd now needs a quality opponent. Bob also got Cotto,Margarito ready to do part 2 so count them out. Martinez will not get the fight. No way Floyd fights Martinez coming off a yr layoff. So I guess the only logical opponents left are Khan, Ortiz,Bradley, Maidana, Morales yes Morales. Berto and Williams coming off losses won't cut it so count them out to. Maybe I'm missing somebody but who else could he fight? Out of the guys I've named I would like to see Mayweather vs Bradley. Who would you pick? how bout him?

Seems like the majority are picking Ortiz. Does this fight do anything for Mayweathers legacy? I know Mayweather says that legacy doesn't pay bills but every fighter cares about there legacy trust me. Without the belt on the line( because Floyd won't pay sanctioning fees), does this fight help or hurt his legacy? Or will it be just a southpaw tune up?

This is funny, when the notion of KFC fighting PAC, his court/ felony cases and OST are the favorite excuses. If its not PAC its OK for KFC to come out of hiding. He's been doing this every year since Hatton, why is everyone saying it's because he's scared of Pacquiao and not the more likely reason of his mind not being as focused on Boxing anymore? to me, he just doesn't seem to have it in his heart anymore to be primarily focused on boxing, and hasn't been since after the fight with DLH
