Between Floyd and Manny, PBF is the one that was previously found to be using a banned substance (Xylocaine), yet it was Pacquiao who, most of his detractors, branded as a PED user without any proof.
If Floyd was tested positive during his preparation for the Mosley fight, what would you honestly think of him ?
Below is some of the signs and symptoms of PED use:
Personality change/mood swings
Euphoria/failure to recognize injury
Aggression/hostility/temper/flares
Physical/verbal abuse
Anxiety/tremor/insomnia
Defiance of rules
Depression
Decreased or increased appetite
Reluctance to talk about PEDs
Severe headaches
Menstrual irregularities

I have highlighted in bold those that may have already applicable to Floyd's current state of well-being. The last one, though, I am not so sure. :)

You forgot about brittle bones.
"...steroid use chronically will lead to tendon injuries as well as a breakdown of the bones, making them more brittle." - Dr. Margaret Goodman

This could be why Floyd's hands are so brittle.
Floyd Jr. used Xylocaine and Manny Pacquiao is the guilty 1.
That's how ppl will react, cause a man from the slum in General Santos City and became champ in 8 different weight classes will NEVER get that credit he deserves.
Ironic indeed. And to think that Floyd is constantly with 50 cent, who was arrested once for drug possession.

It would be easily forgotten.
So many fighters have tested positive
Roy Jones
James Toney
Vargas
etc
With Roy they said it was because of a over the counter product. but still he was positive for a banned substance.
and if Pacquiao is getting so much heat because of allegations of his rivals then how about Roy who actually tested positive??????
Looking at his pal 50 Cent. id say Floyd is many times more likely besides the (Xylocaine) that have used peds compared to Manny.
No we are talking. With 50 cent's publicly known lifestyle and previous convictions, I am surprise that this was only brought up now. 50 cent, may even be Floyd's daily supplier.
