If manny was found out to be a peds user

Between Floyd and Manny, PBF is the one that was previously found to be using a banned substance (Xylocaine), yet it was Pacquiao who, most of his detractors, branded as a PED user without any proof. If Floyd was tested positive during his preparation for the Mosley fight, what would you honestly think of him ? The last one, though, I am not so sure. :)
