I just get high quality videos from the video trading block here or or at wbva and make dvds.
Yea but having them recorded at home is more convenient especially when it's hi def hbo or ppv IMO
Not just a DVR. I bought an HDPVR a few years back and I still have all of the big fights all the way from 2007 to now in HD. Even before that I used to record them on DVDs. I watch them all the time.
i used to do this but stopped since most fights are on youtube now. i have pretty much the entire years of 2005-2008 and some things from 09, good stuff from espn classic even though i know they're gonna show it again, and a lot of fights that i ordered online from the late 70s-early/mid 90s. roughly estimating (and i load every dvd with as much as it can hold...usually about 4-5 hours) i probably have about 150 dvd's with boxing, at least. i have some stuff on vhs too haha.
i brought castillo-corrales to texas and made this girl watch it...she fell asleep lol!
I usually just record them to VHS to make space for more. Yes...VHS tapes. I still haven't gotten around to buying a VHS to DVD transfer machine. I have like 30 VHS tapes worth of boxing matches.
We do it old school at my house. :P
Amazing.
My DVR also starts with Mayweather-Mosley, and ends with Ortiz-Berto.
Has everything between such as Pacquiao-Margarito, Martinez-Williams 2, Dirrell-Abraham, Cotto-Foreman, and Martinez-Sergei.
