I see too much **** talking going down with the 2 main hispanic/latino races on the site so I wanna know from any boxing fan on here who are some Puerto Rican prospects to look out for.
I also wanna know if there have ever been HUGE PR Rivalries similar to MAB-Morales, Rafa Marquez-Vasquez, Gatti-Ward etc etc.. Where 2 Puerto Ricans met in their primes and had a trilogy or even a duology against a fighter from their own nation.
hey i think rocky would of raped that other guy had he not injured himself. Was getting tagged alot by freaking honorio.
The way Cruz Hits and Rocky gets hit its a recepie for disaster. Rocky is a face first brawler and Cruz is a sharp counter puncher with 1 punch KO power.
Honorio is a solid vet, and Cruz was a bit tense cuz he was on national TV for the first time and with a solid opponent.
watch Cruz destrying Eloy Perez next and then Burns at the end of the year.
the kid is a very good prospect, with good seasoning in 4 or 5 more fights he will be up there with the top SFWs
You got it wrong, homie. All I was trying to say was taht I have never seen 2 Ricans or other Latinos go at it like them fighters I posted.
I wanna see 2 Ricans give us great fights like MAB VS. MORALES, MARQUEZ VS. VARSQUEZ ETC ETC.
Miguel Cotto vs Cintron
Juan Ma vs. WVJR
You feel me????
There was one that I saw on the undercard of Vargas vs. Mayorga...
Cintron vs Jesse Feliciano???
My bad then. I thought you were firing shots at them. I haven't really seen 2 prime Ricans go at it, as far as a rivalry goes so that's why I asked.
I always wanted to see a Cotto/Cintron fight but never knew why it never happened...
Off Topic though. A quartey-trinidad fight was my dream fight in the late 90s. I wish they would've stepped in the ring against each other
Fernando Torres is a journeyman at best and Victor Fonseca is good but has dissapeared.

NEVER and will never happen. Mexicans are the reason boxing is still here... along with Manny Pacquiao, and Floyd Mayweather
In Dana Whites words:
IF IT WASN'T FOR MEXICANS and Latinos... BOXING WOULD BE DEAD!
come on man, miss me with this **** here. I'm a fan of the sport. My favorite boxer of all time is Tito, my 2nd favorite is Duran, followed by the likes of JMM, Bowe, RJJ and many more.. Mexicans are great, so are Ricans, don't start that mess here
Was there a kid from PR in the Ortiz-Berto undercard fighting cause I saw a highlight but missed his name and where he was from. I know the first time I saw Calderon and Cotto fight I was hooked as a fan, but I really haven't grasped on many other PR's since. I was never a fan of JuanMa and Cintron was cool til he tooks his Ls and the dive.
