Salido may say whatever he wants, he lost fair and square against Gamboa. There is very little chance that he will do to Gamboa what he did to Juanma. Watch Gamboa vs. Salido. I've seen some people have the nerve to call Salido a "bum," even after he beat Lopez. I estimate that 20-30% of the posters on Boxingscene actually know something about boxing. He had no problems beating Salido. No change in respect, the only real difference now, is that a Lopez vs Gamboa fight isn't needed to decide who the better fighter is. Now its just a good match. If you fight long enough, and against the best, you're bound to get stopped sometime. At this point, Gamboa is looking better than ever. JuanMa's still a threat, if and when they meet, but Yuri is the man right now at 126.

Gamboa was, is and will be the elite fighter at 126. He will also become the elite fighter at 130 if he moves up. He's the fastest and most skilled fighter at the weight. Juanma losing doesn't change how I rate Yuriorkis, it just makes me rate Juanma less.
