(no h*mo) Do you see any difference in the strength and conditioning done by alex ariza and michael vale for Amir's body. Is it just the lighting or is khan more toned under Michael Vale?
Alex ariza's work:

Michael Vale's work:

Ariza and Vale had both been training other Wild Card fighters before Roach personally appointed Ariza to Manny, Khan, Vanes, etc. Vale was the last minute backup guy after Khan ditched Ariza 1-2 weeks before his training camp. He basically followed up Ariza's training with a few tweaks and touches. Like others said, I didn't see much emphasis on his leg training. I remember Amir mentioning they did light running on the treadmill on sparring days. lol.
amir looked horrible.
just horrible.
if michael vale made any imprint whatsoever (and i'm not saying it's going to necessarily be evident) it was negative.
What the hell are you talking about? Khan trained under Ariza for over three years, so of course it is a fair comparison!
The fact of the matter is Khan is looking waaay more ripped under Vale. Arizas method of training is dying out, all that protein shakes and supplement bs is being rejected by most of the best trainers now.
wtf are you talking about
To me khan looked stronger under ariza. Yeah he looked more ripped now but I think it was because he was more dried out. Look at pacquiao at the lower weights. He looked shredded. Now he's not as shredded at the weigh in but much stronger in the ring. Appearances at weigh ins can be misleading because of making weight.
Ariza put more weight on his legs and removed his weight on top, Vale seems to have put more weight on top again.
Khan didn't look great tonight, he wasnt horrible but he wasn't as sharp as he has been. I'd prefer him to go back to Ariza if i'm honest

Remember though being so top heavy, ripped and having dangerously low body fat was the reason for the Prescott loss... No, the reason for the Prescott lose was no D and a cracking right hand
