Within 4 rounds Ortiz will have become the New WBC welter weight champ!
Undefeated records mean nothing kids , Ortiz is the superior fighter in this match up and Bertos bull**** reign will be over.
Ortiz will man handle Berto and stop him.
And the new....:boxing:
Ortiz is a mental midget. As much as I wan't someone to knock berto out I don't Ortiz has the heart to do that. Once Victor gets hit and he will because berto is fast he will start to fold and get overwhelmed.
Victor Ortiz played it too safe against Peterson, he let Peterson get back in the fight (Peterson is a tough SOB also) but Ortiz deserved to get the victory without a doubt, that was a BS draw. Keep in mind Victor knows this might be his last chance for a while to step up and show the world what he can do, and he's always wanted the chance to fight for the belt. His rival Bam Bam Rios just got a belt before he did, that might be some motivation as well to shut Rios and Garcia up.This has all the ingredients for a Vicious Victory
Or a vicious defeat. The last time he tried to play it macho he couldn't handle it, and that was a pre-castrated version of Ortiz when he was still "Vicious."
Ortizs check right hook which he can deliver from the inside and short range with lots of power will be on show tomorrow as Berto tries to constantly grab.
Ortiz also has a excellent straight left which is extremely powerful and accurate.
This is the punch which will drop Berto repeatedly.
If Ortiz catches Berto with that check hook or even a uppercut on the way in then Berto will be in huge trouble.
I think at 147lbs Ortiz will be a different animal.
Ortiz is my pick as well.
I cant get a shot Quintana stunning Berto with the left out of my head.
now that burner picked ortiz, berto gonna knock him out. id place a bet with you bet ur ass never pays up so fuuck you.
tell your daddy timber will i said hi

Yes he will :)
AND THE NEW!!!!!!!!
Honestly what skills? he clearly beat Peterson and the Maidana fight was 2 years ago who is to say he didn't learn from it?
Berto doesn't have the skills of JMM or Mayweather but his skills are much way better than Ortiz.
Will see if Ortiz learn from the Maidana fight this saturday night. It might be 2 years but has Ortiz shown improvement mentally. Against Harris and Nate are confidence builder fights. Peterson is a soft puncher and Ortiz got bothered buy it. I am not saying this because his former trainer, Garcia said it himself. That was my observation during the Ortiz-Lamont fight(our seat got upgraded due to HBO televising the fight and wants the seats closer to the ring filled up with fans). Ortiz did show some good skills but he didn't keep it up.
BTW, whose the girl in your avatar?
And please, anybody picking Andre Berto tell me who's the hardest hitter Berto has faced? I don't buy the BS that Berto has a good chin, he's been stunned by dudes that don't hit half as hard as Ortiz.
Hell no. Ortiz beat Nate Campbell and Vivian Harris but Berto is on a diffirent level. Berto has speed, skills, and power. He quit against Maidana and can't even close the deal on a decison win against Lamont Peterson. Victor will get bothered mentally if he keeps getting hit as shown against Peterson.
Berto got this.
