What weight did Pacquiao fight Margarito? 150 right? Not his weigh in, the fight limit.
What weight division does 150lbs fall into?
Did Pac make 150?
Is Serigo willing to make 150

I was trying to get him to see that concept, but whatever. I'm back to writing this paper. How you been Flick?
Get the fuk out of here.. I have a bunch of dumb asses in this thread saying Pac is big enough to fight at JMW...
I can't believe you aren't getting it.
People are saying that he is BIG ENOUGH to fight Martinez (who said he would go to 154 to fight Manny)BECAUSE he fought Tony who is similar in size. Do you understand that? THAT is what people are arguing. No one is saying that he is the same size as Tony, Oscar, or Sergio. Stop getting so emotional and just read.

WOW, really dude? No one is arguing that Manny is the same size as those guys.

Now Pacquiao's!
height 5′ 6½″ / 169cm
reach 67″ / 170cm
^^ looks about the same size... to a flomo..:dunce:

which retard wrote your sig? Pac didn't say that he was scared of needles? Pac didn't say that two weeks weren't enough time when floyd threw the two weeks at him? Pac didn't ask for a 10 million penalty for each pound? Pac didn't file a law suit against floyd but a few weeks ago he wished him good luck with his legal trouble??? Put this as your sig you stupid bastard.
:rofl::rofl: dayum!!!
Pretty much defeats the whole purpose of being a champ if u dont defend the belt then having belts become pointless
So why don't you say it. Why only Pac ? C'mon read after me : "Floyd and Roy Jones Jr. are full of sh1ts for not defending their JMW and Heavyweight title respectively."
Ok we agree on the first line.
I don't think he has said he can actually make that weight, but I'd like to see him try. If he CAN make 150 or above, then I see this fight with Martinez possible, but if not, then it's all fantasy talk from here.
Well I'm glad we at least can agree on the first part :D
I take it you haven't come across the statement where Manny made about being able to make 150 not too long ago which I came across then! Which is why I found it odd I now came across this one which is where my original question came from in this thread!!
Also I think it's pretty simple why Martinez wants to fight Manny or Floyd as they are both considered the biggest and best which equals a guaranteed claim to number one and the biggest pay day in boxing. At the end of the day, which fighter wouldn't want an opportunity to face either? Martinez is no exception.
Sure Martinez may turn out to be too big for them, but that doesn't rule out the idea of them fighting Sergio just based on that reason alone! Specially when all three boxers have claimed 154 belts in the past themselves. Martinez is willing to go back to that division, but based on that vid in this thread Manny doesn't like the idea of attempting too, nor do I think Floyd would wanna do it again.
Manny & Floyd need to stop with the fights they have been taking and get in the ring with each other already before they consider Martinez or any other decent comp!
Manny and Floyd won't fight him because he is too much of a risk, that's the reason. This whole thing is pretty simple.
Right?! Some of these fools need to recognize that and leave this shiit alone. Sergio needs to go out and get his on his own.
First off, I never attempted anything like that, but agree 'that' title is far from being close to legit! Just stating facts here that hasn't put Manny in the greatest of situations when talking about weather he should or shouldn't fight at Junior Middleweight!
Secondly, Manny has stated he can make 150!!

First off, I don't even count that junior middleweight title as a legit title. Don't make me to be a blind follower just because I'm defending his case when you can clearly see the weight disparity.
Second, he's never stated that he can MAKE 150, but he can probably fight anyone at 150 and below. 147 or 150, they're both equally bad. I don't see Sergio coming in that low.

Why you gettin insulted for?
Demanding a catchweight for a vacant 154 title against a bigger man who had no business being in the ring to begin to claim history is now called 'test and failure'?
Yeah if he can't make 150, then he can't 150 I agree. What I don't agree on is him going through with the fight anyways..not only not even making his bull**** CW limit he demanded to begin with...but not even bothering coming above the 147 limit!! On top of that still claimed the title & claims history!
Then he stated couple months ago he can make 150, now he is saying he can't?
The situation he has got himself in all sounds moronic to me!

I know, but some of these fools be talkin nonsense trying to justify a Pac/Martinez fight. I know he's too big for both of them but You gotta admit, if he were to fight one of these two, Floyd would make more sense.

It's called test and failure. They tested 150lbs during training camp and Manny felt sluggish so he went back down in weight where he clearly performs better. Are you moronic? If he can't make 150lbs, then he can't!
