Yet Pac critics, or more accurately haters make excuses for Morales loss to Pac as down to being weight drained? How come Pac can still produce the goods on an off day, against a boxer of JMMs calibre?
And Morales cant and gets excused, and it was against a work in progress Pac as welll.
That's just it. It's not like he was coming down in weight. Pacquiao is the one who fights weight-drained opponents. Pacquiao has Raheem to thank for ruining Morales.
Pac did come down in weight to beat Hatton at 140 after outclassing DLH dont forget. So Pac can fight bigger guys and smaller guys.
If your great you do what you gotta do. Just prepare yourself as best as you can and do what your trained to do on fight night. Pac does that.

Yup, funny how Pac wanted the fights at 130.
It wasn't so much that Manny was weight drained throughout his career. He just simply outgrew each division. He's a natural 138-142 pounder right now. He can probably make 135 if he really tries and wants to (but if you want results check the image below). 140 is his prime weight and 147 is still a limit he has yet to reach.
C'mon, what other fighter out there is supposedly ducking both the lightweight and middleweight champs? Stop lying to yourselves about the fight with Sergio. If Manny can weigh in at least 150 lbs without looking like he ate three happy meals for breakfast, I'd be sold.

Don't you think the Manny @ 135 looks somewhat similar to Oscar below?

your full of sh!t if you believe Morales was in his prime for those fights.
Yes Morales was prime in the first fight with Pac, but Pac made Morales shop worn. Thats why Raheem got Morales at the right time. He shouldnt have taken the raheem fight so soon after beating Pac, and may have been better easing into it again.
Pac made Morales easy for Raheem. Life would be easier if people just gave Pac the respect he deserves. We can all put a spin on things if we want to do. Prime Pac beats prime Morales anyday anyway.
Morales was in his prime when beat Pac in what was the performance of his life. He was also in his prime when he lost to Pac.
You dont suddenly become not prime just cos you have a loss. That is called a off night performance or bad day at the office.

Pacturds are still butt hurt about past prime Morales beating Pac, thats epic.

yet he cant fight jmm at 140
I suppose he could, but does he want to considering 147 is his chosen weight to campaign in now.
But Pac beat DLH at 147 and then dropped to 140 to trounce Hatton so why cant Morales come down one weight to fight pac at a weight he beat Pac, when he couldnt even do it at lightweight first time.?
Pac dont seem like he would have a problem coming down to 140 does it?
Not that the weight was any factor in how the fight went, but...
If Manny wasn't weight drained at the weigh in for the second fight,

others like Cotto and Margarito were?

well i guess floyd too scared to fight a weight drained cotto and marg @ 147. :D
and a pac that NEVER comes in at 147 on weigh-ins.

I don't think he was all that drained (I mean they all drain themselves to make the weight, and then rehydrate a good 10 pounds) but in all fairness if one of pacquiao's opponents shows up looking like Pacquiao in the first pic (particularly the face), then people would say...take a lucky guess..."he's a zombie."
1st hes a little guy coming up beating bigger guys,...now hes weight drained beating on smaller guys..then when a bigger skiiled guy is mentioned hes back to being a little guy..whatever fits the agenda i guess..
you know how manny comes in at WW fights, he's almost still w/in the WW limit EVEN AFTER re-hydrating. compare these w/ 'natural' WWs who come in over 10lbs heavier.
i didnt say he was a natural ww..carts did
Either way, lightweight wouldn't be weight draining for a guy who faught at flyweight.
only manny knows. thing is, floyd or manny are the top draws and they make the demands. sure he can probably starve himself to 135, but why would he do that? answer me this, why didn't floyd starve himself an extra 2lbs for his cw fight w/ jmm? you sure know he can make 144, he was 130 less than 10yrs ago, but he didnt.
pac had more trouble when he was in the lower division,I guess it was a master move to move up in weight and fight weight drained damaged goods who cant pull the trigger anymore,we shouldnt blame pac for it ..bob and freddie did a great thing..getting rich has never been easier..i probably do the same thing.
no carts said hes a natural ww..and was draining to make 130..ok so if hes a natural ww then 154 is no problem
