First of all, nothing but respect for Morales for giving everyone a better fight then they expect, including Maidana.
Now...
Maidana took Khans best shots, right? Khan is a big, strong & Fast jww & still he wasnt as hurt as often as he was against Morales, why is that?
Khan was tagging him left and right, but besides the body shot in the first he didn't seem to hurt Maidana that badly.
What does Morales have that Khan didn't?

It's because the punches you don't see coming are the ones that do more damage. Erik was counterpunching Chino after slipping and rolling his punches (which is also why Chino was gassed). Khan however was just going in/out so you even if Chino wasn't able to block Khan's punches, he sees his punches coming.
Khan isnt necessarily strong but when the combos add up the damage takes its toll.
Most of his KO's are TKO Normally there all 3 knockdowns its his speed and accuracy that troubles opponents and not many fighters can take flush shots on the chin one after the other in split seconds
Being the hardest or quickest hitter in the weight division means nothing if you don't have the skills to land punches.
Morales knows how to control distance, so a one-dimensional fighter like Maidana can't get the proper leverage, timing, and openings to do any real damage.
Erik was making Marcos look silly on the inside, and Amir was taking uppercut sandwiches in the pocket from Marcos. It's the difference between all time skills and good skills.
Maidana had all the physical advantages except for chin. Skills were the only thing keeping Erik in there.
Very well put. Green K sent.
Maidana was ill-trained and poorly conditioned in this fight. He was already gasping for breath in the early rounds. He came in to go for the kill and wasn't focused on going the distance. I thought Maidana was going to get ko'd in the middle rounds just out of sheer exhaustion. (Reminded me of Marquez's trainer who Maidana wanted for this fight.)
As for the difference between Khan's and Morales' punches, I think Morales' are more unexpected. They are Morales' typical punches after having gotten big blows that would make most boxers lose time before responding.
its simple. khan has worn maidana out
Also a possibilty, but i doubt it cause Maidana is too young to be worn out in 1 fight.
Honestly I think Maidana has power, but very basic boxing ability. I found it laughable when the HBO announcers were trying to compare him to MAB. MAB had solid boxing ability from the start and that what made him such a great brawler, same for Morales. I think Maidana needs to polish up his skills and he'd truly be a force in boxing.
I think its because Khan couldn't trust his chin and stand and trade like Morales could.
Also true, but to be honest i was shocked at how well Morales was able to slip a lot of Maidana's punches on the inside. Khan is a bit of a stationary target and not as good of a fighter on the inside as Morales.
Yes, in the first round when he dropped him with a bodyshot, but he never really shook Maidana to the chin as well or as often as Morales did.

Khan had Maidana hurt a lot worse then Morales did the major differences were Morales has a better chin and Maidana underestimated him just like he did Chop Chop

I thought Khan was pretty accurate with his shots, and he was putting them together well.
The best reason i can think of, is timing. Morales would take a lot of shots and let Maidana tire himself out a bit and explode on him with a combo.
is it possible that morales hit him harder than khan did?
accuracy. accuracy and good power eat great power and speed.
