Hide won the first round on at least two of the judges scorecards and was stopped in the second, thus being up on the cards at the time of the stoppage. Saying how the second round would have been scored is irrelevant. Hide was leading on the official scorecards at the end of the fight.

I meant to add "or never end a fight trailing on the score cards" but there wasnt enough room, I just forgot to add it in the message. He was trailing on the scorecards against Herbie Hide when the fight was stopped.

I agree with everything you stated in the post but to answer your question... you have Oliver Mccall & Valuev off the top of my head.. He's definitely the ONLY heavyweight champ NEVER TO BE knocked down with this many title defenses or championship fights.:) I meant to add "or never end a fight trailing on the score cards" but there wasnt enough room, I just forgot to add it in the message.
