Really interested to see how Pac is gonna look this time around.
lol @ people not believing Roach.
He looks to be in much better shape than the Margarito and Clottey fight combined. I remember people complaining about how fat and slow he looked last October.
lolllllll, at least be in your best shape ever for a competitive opponent
all this just to get one over floyd, i feel sorry for mosley
The only way he could have got over Floyd in this was to not duck Mosley first and fight him before Floyd did , he cant get over Floyd no matter what happens because Mosley is not the same fighter as was shown with Mora , Mosley looks way old today , deadman walking Oscar , Hatton and now Mosley were all Floyd damaged goods , Cotto was Margos damaged goods , Margo was Mosleys ,, its an ongoing patten by Pac to fight fighters that are passed it or coming of bad losses with a quick give me win to cover the fact they were not the same ,,
Pac is plastic these days , all in the aid of ducking a no cut off random OST .
manny is motivated for this fight. its the next best thing to fighting mayweather i think thats the reason. he wants to knock out mosley
and do better than maywaether did . all the other camps
he wasnt that interested in who he was fighting e.g. cotto and the others
but somehow mosley might bring out the best in pacquiao
As good as the reports about Pacquiao are, let's remember that he has only sparred twice in the Phililpinnes.
Alex Ariza has been saying that Pacquiao is looking like he did in the Cotto camp- which, according to him, was Manny's best camp.
On the other hand, Mosley was in camp before Pacquiao, has been sparring longer, and is using more sparring partners.
That said, I don't think there is anything Mosley can do to derail the Pacman. Shane brags about his one punch power- but Cotto took his best shots and hung in there. So, even if Shane lands it doesn't mean good night Manny.
Like a lot of Pacquiao's opponents, it doesn't seem like Mosley really understands just who and what Manny Pacquiao really is. It's almost like Shane is underestimating Pacquiao by the way he is going on in interviews.
But if we look at Freddie Roach, he knows Mosley well and what he was once capable of. Freddie is not underestimating Shane like so much of the media and pundits are doing.
And Pacquiao, the price he paid for "the distractions" during the Margarito camp was truly knocked home the day after the fight when he was curled up in a fetal position in bed pretty much unable to move. Pacquiao knows what is at stake and he's acting like it.
Shane is probably going to get the worst ass kicking of his like. :boxing::spankme::spankme::spankme:
It's because Amir wasn't allowed to whoop Manny's little ass in sparring this time.
His handlers told Roach not to let Amir spar Manny so ofcourse Manny is gonna look good. Hell, even superbum Joe Calzaghe looked good when fighting other bums.
Amir would be a great sparring partner for the Mosley fight.
But like I've said before, Amir + headgear = Manny's worst nightmare.
This is professional boxing not the amateurs you numb nut...
Mosley is old and past it but still a dangerous opponent as we saw vs Floyd.
He can punch, will be the bigger man and will not stand in front o f Pac the way Margarito did.
I think that there might be something to Pac wanting to KO Mosley to say that Floyd went the distance and he KO'd him, another win for team Pac.

I think that is their Goal! To Up the Ante and make a much impressive performance than Floyds!! Next after this wil be JMM ass whopping!! Then Pac can retire and Floyd can keep his Chicken Title!!

Its also been the least interesting. Just cant get hype for this fight right now...whats sad is I'm actually gonna be in vegas that weekend too.
Roach says manny's camp has been bad then manny comes out and destroys opponents..Maybe this is reserve psychology because the training camp is going really badly?
Highly doubtful.

Actually no... Roach has been very vocal when he isn't pleased with camp and all of pacs distractions... so it actually holds some merit when he says something like this.
Yea I was gonna say that. Even during the Cotto, Clottey, and Margarito fights Freddie was showing some concern as far as focus and the overall distractions were concerned. Obviously, I think there was some "bluff" involved as I'm sure Freddie's still confident in Pacquiao. But seeing as Pacquiao is already in LA and from what we have seen (at least) he looks a lot more focused and almost seems as if the distractions have really toned down in training camp, I can't imagine what kind of Pacquiao we're gonna see next month.
of course he is gonna say that...
