Mayweather is not scared of Pac because he would beat Pac easily. He would pick Pac apart until he KO'd him in the 8th or 9th round just as he did with Diego Corrales. How many mayweather fans will admit hes affraid? Im a mayweather fan. I can outrite spend a night chillin watching this dudes career over and over . I still say hes scared to lose to pacman. Mayweather knows the money he can make off this fight, and most likely a second or even a 3rd fight, hed make a killing. But he is ducking manny . Hes to quick, strong, has stamina , and will brawl. That rite there is what would put him on his ass or beat him. But besides Manny theres no 1 out there thats gonna give him a real challange. There were no psychological tricks involved in the negotiation as many Pac worshippers want to believe. Floyd wanted drug testing. Pac refused. Pac also refused random drug testing against Mosley. That should tell you something. If Floyd were scared of Pac, he would have never engaged in negotiations. If you know anything about Floyd's career, you would know that if he didn't want the fight, he would have never engaged in negotiations. Now we have a situation where Bob Arum will only sign the fight if Floyd signs with Don King, whom Arum hated a year ago. He hates Golden Boy now and won't negotiate with Golden Boy for any fight, including this one and won't sign the fight if Mayweather sticks with Golden Boy as his promoter. In his mind he knew was vulnerable but he wanted to, no, he needed to maintain that aura in order to stay relevant and marketible. With Pac, he sees the biggest threat to that. Throughout his whole career, no one has ever been on his level, but now this lil dude comes along and not only is everyone saying their on the same level, some are saying that he's better? May is shook and he cant handle the thought of losng, because being undefeated is his identity. Without that "0", he's got nothing. He knows his resume aint **** compared to the ATGs and being undefeated is his only claim to greatness. Pac aint like any other opponent he's ever faced. He's everything that gives Floyd problems, all rolled into one. quick, high workrate, southpaw, great footwork, great chin, mentally tough, and increble conditioning. And more importantly, he's not afraid to take risks. Pac is willing to risk losing because he knows his legacy and future is set...plus he's lost before to lesser opponents so losing to the bigger, stronger, and more imporantly, favored Mayweather wont be that bad. Floyd would be expected to win, and the pressure to deliver that against a guy he's not too sure about is too much for him to handle. Thats why you see him doing everything he can to keep this fight from happening.
