is getting sick of chris john

He keeps ducking gamboa omg does this guy not think it would make sense getting the other half of his belt? you surely cant call yourself the WBA champ if thier is someone else with the same belt? From what ive seen hes nothing special and hasnt got alot of the power. Last guy chris john knocked out was 18 - 3 HA! and that was with the other guy retiring on his stool. His last proper knock out was Dae-Kyung Park who was 3 - 1 and chris john had over 30 fights! What sort of champ fights a guy with 3 - 1? answer me that. Who thinks chris john should jus face his maker? Gamboa would kill him.

No.. Indonesia beats him(JMM). Please watch it again... not true...chris john winning that fight was'nt a robbery by any means...the fight was close and could've gone either way...

He did beat Marquez, this is coming from a Marquez fan. But he hasn't done anything in recent years to warrant being a champion. However, i wouldn't say it's an easy fight for Gamboa. John is a good boxer and Gamboa has a tendency to go all out for the knockout and can be wreckless at times, John could surprise us all if this fight gets made. I had Marquez winning-even with the 2 point deductions that were on the belt-line.The commentery were so crazy,they would flip out if Chris John landed a jab.Looked like bullsh1t to me.

He's with GBP so I doubt the fight will happen. Also Chris John is satisfied with what he has. Making 6-7 more defenses and he will have 20 defenses (kind of like Calzaghe). That itself, in his mind and many others, would be a sound legacy. So unless someone wants to go to Indonesia and fight him there, I don't see him fighting in the U.S.

he beat marquez. True. But that was FIVE years ago. And he probably feels that he has nothing to prove. I guess if Gamboa wants to go to Indonesia for the belt, he is welcome to do so. But I don't see a fight being made here. I don't see a large fan base for Chris John here due to "inactivity" in the U.S. It's a b*tch when there is no ONE unified sanctioned body to make these fights mandatory.
