see what im saying? bringing back the first negotiation. again and again and again... Because Pacquiao has said many different thing regarding the testing, but the offers were always different from what he says. I think Pacquiao would take the tests but Bob Arum was stopping him.

im pretty sure FLOMOS will say Manny is lying. they will bring up the "OLD NEGOTIATION" and say Pac didnt want to take the OST. Floyd is scared of Pac and FLomos cant really believe it. I just wish FLoyd had the same confident those flomos have. easy fight, taking pac to school stuffs.

Thomas Hauser's article on Mayweather, Pacquiao, PEDs and Boxing is quite informative. Even back in Dec. 2009 and Jan. 2010, there were plenty of experienced boxing commentators, such as Al Bernstein, who thought it was "patently obvious that Floyd did not want the fight". After all this time, what do we learn? Pacquiao is willing to give way on testing. Pacquiao is willing to let Mayweather's name come first in the promotion. Mayweather goes on vacation, then retirement, then jail...now court...and oh, yeah, he won't get in the ring with Pacquiao for anything less than 100 million. Floyd is haunted by Pacquiao
