If Cotto avenges both his losses how much closer to Tito would he be?

Um yeah,if he beats them,does he surpass Tito though??Tread topic. this thread isn't about wether cotto can beat pac or cheato. If he does beat them.. IMO he most definitely surpasses Tito. Cotto is already a great boxer in my book that has faced top competition and has only lost to two great fighters in his career.. one of them being an ATG. Even the great ones have lost fights.

If Cotto beats Pacquiao he is def. way higher than Tito. But Cotto doesnt have the style to match with Manny so lets keep Tito higher than Cotto forever.

Obviously, a win over Pacquiao would be immense. Her legs are gorgeous,but her a$$ is undershaped.

Well we do to a degree because I think Pacqiauo dismantles Cotto regardless of the catchweight and I don't think the catchweight made a difference to the outcome. I don't give Cotto a chance against Pacqiauo. JMO. What we agree on is there has to be some reason why they implemented the catchweight. A reason no one can say they know why, only speculate. My personal view is why ask for it when you can beat him anyway? But again, the catchweight didn't change the outcome of the fight. And like Cotto said, he was 100% when they fought. Not only is Pac on a different level, he is a stylistic nightmare for Cotto. Precisely. I refered to that in my original post.

In my oppinion,if Cotto avenges both his losses,he will have gained some serious ground atg wise & possibly be equal to Tito as far as great Puerto Rican fighters go. I don't think we should forget Tito was a titlst at WW for close to 10 years with 15 title defences and was THE most dominant WW of the 90's bar none. To move up to 154 an in 3 fights there beat the #2 and #1 fighters. To move up to 160 and beat the #2 Middleweight in William Joppy, to only lose to an ATG Middleweight in Bernard Hopkins in his third weight class.
